I choose the word "endemic", which means "specific to a certain people or class" simply because it describes why I started the company, to provide a high quality "all purpose" bmx frame for a specific type of rider. The rider who does not see bmx as "street", "flatland", "dirt", etc, but just see's it all as riding...

The idea for the company came one day when i decided I did not want a "flatland" bike AND a "street" bike... it was too hard to keep up on two bikes, and i would have to choose which one to take on trips, two bikes were too much to handle... I decided there had to be another way, a bike that feels comfortable on all terrains. After riding many types of bikes, from flatland to trails frames, seeing what works and what doesn't, I designed the endemic frame. The endemic frame's responsive geometry and availability in different sizes allows the frame to be used for flatland, street, park, dirt etc.. , and can replace the idea of having different bikes for different types of riding.

In the future, the endemic bike company will be producing the endemic frame with additional top tube sizes, and continuing to offer an all purpose frame to riders. In addition, the endemic bike co has plans that include a larger team, continuing to sponsor as many contests as possible, holding jams and events and supporting bmx as much as possible...
